Commercial facilities projects

The list of our accomplished engineering services in the field of designing of the commercial buildings includes among others more than 200 technical and detailed construction designs of the shopping pavilions (including all buildings of the NETTO network shops located in northern Poland), Shopping Centre in Koszalin, bus station with the commercial facilities, several fuel stations (BP, Statoil, Shell), car showrooms, car wash stations, recreation centers.

Apart from the comprehensive technical designs of the entire buildings, we also accomplished installation designs in commercial, utility and residential facilities, including heating rooms, central heating and ventilation installations, gas interconnections and sewage treatment plants.
 
In addition, on special demand of our clients we have prepared the reports on the location possibilities for the commercial pavilions, preparing the documentation required to obtain the environmental decisions, and performed supervisions over the construction phase.
